WINBOX Authentication connects an account to verified personal details. Follow the interface that matches your device, use accurate information and review every field before submitting the verification request.
Use the legal name and identity details requested by the platform. Information should match the submitted document, and images should be readable without glare or cropped edges.
The mobile H5 and desktop interfaces can place buttons in different positions. Use the matching illustrated guide and wait for each upload to finish before continuing.
Submit identity information only through the current WINBOX verification screen. Support should never need your account password, payment PIN or one-time verification code.
